By using Voyara (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. The Service

Voyara is an AI-assisted travel itinerary planning tool. We generate suggested itineraries based on your inputs. These suggestions are for informational and planning purposes only.

2. No Warranty — Use at Your Own Risk

Itineraries are AI-generated suggestions, not professional advice. We make no warranty that:

• •Places, routes, or transport options are accurate, available, or safe.
• •Opening hours, prices, or entry requirements are current or correct.
• •Suggested hotels, tours, or affiliates meet your expectations.
• •The Service will be available without interruption or error.

Always verify critical travel information (visas, entry requirements, health and safety, transport schedules) from official sources before you travel.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voyara and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any itinerary generated by it — including but not limited to travel disruption, financial loss, injury, or dissatisfaction with any third-party service recommended by the platform.

You assume full responsibility for all travel decisions made using information from Voyara.

4. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

Voyara may display affiliate links to third-party services (hotels, flights, tours, insurance, etc.). We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, availability, or pricing of these third-party services. Clicking an affiliate link takes you to a third party’s website governed by their own terms and policies. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

5. Payments & Credits

• •New accounts receive a limited number of free itinerary credits.
• •Additional credits may be purchased at the price shown at time of purchase.
• •Credits are non-refundable except where required by law, or where an itinerary fails to generate (in which case credits are automatically refunded).
• •Payments are processed by Razorpay and subject to their terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service to generate content for commercial resale without permission.
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service’s APIs.
• •Share your account credentials with others.
• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

Voyara and its underlying technology are owned by us. Itineraries generated for your personal use are yours to keep. You may not sell or commercially redistribute generated itineraries without our permission.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
